1. Appointment Etiquette And Extra Fee For Public Holiday – Over Time Service
Your time is as precious as ours. Before confirming, please take a moment to go through our terms and conditions. By confirming your appointment and paying the booking fee, you agree to abide by our policies.

We are extra 15% for Public Holiday and 30 AUD per 30mins for All Service ( After 7.00 PM everyday working )
2. Booking and Cancellation Fee
To secure your spot, a non-refundable booking fee applies. It’s $50 or 30% of the treatment cost, serving to reserve your slot and can be applied towards your next visit or ongoing treatment (as per Terms and Conditions). The booking fee is due at the time of appointment booking.
Rescheduling or canceling requires 24 hours’ notice. Failing to provide this notice results in the forfeiture of the booking fee.
A strict no-show or cancellation policy is in place. Missing a confirmed appointment results in forfeiting the original booking fee. For subsequent appointments, a $50 or 30% service fee is held as a non-refundable booking fee, redeemable post-completion.
3. Appointment Confirmation
Upon successful booking, you’ll receive a confirmation email. A courtesy reminder will be sent within 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. If confirmation is not received within 2 hours post-booking, please contact us to verify your appointment status.
4. Appointment Protocols
Arrive 5-10 minutes early with clean lashes. This allows time for relaxation and the completion of new client forms for first-timers.
Arrive with impeccably clean lashes – no makeup, lotions, or creams. Punctuality is key, and tardiness cannot be accommodated. Clients are advised to inform us promptly, and while we’ll try to adjust schedules, guarantees can’t be provided.
5. Patch Test
New clients are recommended to undergo a patch test 48 hours before specific treatments. Opting out requires signing a disclaimer, proceeding at your own risk. Pregnant clients are mandated to undergo a patch test. Book treatments a few days before significant events for potential allergic reactions.
Post-appointment discomfort should prompt immediate contact for guidance.
6. Treatment from Other Salons
We don’t perform infills on work not done by Perth Nails without prior consultation. For optimal results, removal and a full set are recommended.
Clients are encouraged to reach out before scheduling for compatibility.
7. Infill Appointments
Sustain eyelash extensions by scheduling infills every 2-3 weeks. Maximum time limit for infills is 4 weeks, with a surcharge past 4 weeks. Beyond 5 weeks, it’s considered a full set. Book well in advance to secure convenient time slots.
Clients are advised to arrive with the original condition of eyes and lashes.
8. Our Specialists
We value our specialists’ expertise. While you can request a specific specialist, unforeseen circumstances may require an appointment transfer to an alternative specialist. If we can’t fulfill an appointment, we’ll inform you promptly and make every effort to reschedule.
9. Refund Policy
No refunds for beauty services due to the subjective nature of beauty. This includes allergic reactions. No refunds or returns on beauty products unless deemed faulty by the manufacturer.
10. Our Guarantee
Book with confidence – each treatment is unconditionally guaranteed within the first 1 days. Express dissatisfaction within this period, and we’ll provide a free touch-up service within 24 Hours.
Contacting us beyond 1 business days incurs applicable fees.
The following are not covered under warranty:
- Damage caused by the client, such as dropping, bumping, or improper care.
- Damage caused by environmental factors, such as exposure to water, chemicals, or extreme temperatures.
- Services that have expired their warranty period.
- Refunds are not accepted for services that have been used.

In prioritizing well-being, if you’re affected by Covid-19:
- 24 hours prior notice: Full refund or rescheduling at no cost.
- Less than 24 hours notice: Rescheduling or credit note, no refund.
